Recruitment Process:
* Brief Call: An initial virtual/phone conversation to learn about you, your motivations, and to find the right job fit.
* Interviews: Typically around 3 interviews with team members, including your future line manager, to discuss your experience, skills, and the role. You'll also learn about our culture and career opportunities.
* Case Study: Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a test, such as a role play, technical assessment, or problem-solving scenario.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise, manage, and coordinate the accounting department (2-4 staff).
* Handle payroll administration related to social consulting.
* Participate in monthly accounting checklists.
* Review VAT declarations, other taxes, and fiscal declarations (French, Belgium, Switzerland).
* Review balance sheet and P&L accounts monthly.
* Coordinate intra-group invoicing.
* Support month-end close processes, including accrual accounting, accounts payable, and receivable.
* Assist in implementing ERP systems.
* Create and enforce accounting policies and procedures.
Ideal Profile:
* Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Accounting.
* Professional level proficiency in French.
* At least 2 years of experience in general auditing.
* Familiarity with French tax practices.
* Strong communication and service skills, with the ability to manage priorities, take initiative, and propose improvements.
