- Manage executive priorities, calendars, travel, communications, and key business initiatives
- Prepare executive briefings, meeting materials, presentations, and follow-up actions
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and leadership initiatives across the organization
- Support executive communications with board members, investors, customers, and partners
- Lead day-to-day office operations for our Dallas headquarters
- Handle highly confidential business and personnel matters with discretion and sound judgmentWhat We're Looking For:
- 7+ years supporting C-level executives in high-growth or complex organizations
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong emotional intelligence, business judgment, and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
