The Director of Marketing will lead a global team responsible for demand generation within the High Performance Chromatography Solutions (HPCS) business of the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD). As a senior member of the business leadership team, this role will collaborate with functional leaders within HPCS and other CMD businesses to define and execute marketing strategies for HPLC consumables and instruments. This position is fully remote, based in Europe, with approximately 25% international travel, including overnight stays.What will you do?Go-to-Market Strategy:
Implement global strategies in partnership with commercial and segment leaders to support growth initiatives.Customer Insights:
Use customer feedback and sales insights to inform roadmaps, applications, and marketing strategies.Campaign Development:
Deploy marketing campaigns to promote workflow solutions and accelerate product adoption.Product Launch Execution:
Collaborate on high-impact launch plans for new products and solutions.Demand Generation:
Drive demand across channels, including direct sales, Fisher Scientific, and eCommerce.Digital Marketing:
Utilize digital channels such as SEM, SEO, social media, and AI to grow revenue.Commercial Enablement:
Support channel activation, product proficiency, and engagement through regional marketing and operations.People Leadership:
Build and lead a global marketing and applications team, fostering professional growth and continuous learning.How will you get here?Education:
Bachelor’s degree in science or business;
advanced degree preferred.Experience:
10+ years in scientific industry marketing, with 5+ years leading teams. Proven success in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and market development, ideally with consumables and instruments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with agility in a global, matrixed environment.Core Competencies:
