Work with customers, sales, collections, and service delivery to provide customers with the right service at the right time.- Processing formal quotes and orders, where accuracy and responsiveness are critical.- Interfacing with sales and customers to provide accurate information, solve problems, and serve in a variety of pre-sales and post-sales functions.- Serving as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, service delivery, collections to resolve customer inquiries.- Identifying and communicating process improvement opportunities to management.- Performing routine administrative customer service duties using prescribed procedures**Qualifications**:
