Work with customers, sales, collections, and service delivery to provide customers with the right service at the right time.- Processing formal quotes and orders, where accuracy and responsiveness are critical.- Interfacing with sales and customers to provide accurate information, solve problems, and serve in a variety of pre-sales and post-sales functions.- Serving as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, service delivery, collections to resolve customer inquiries.- Identifying and communicating process improvement opportunities to management.- Performing routine administrative customer service duties using prescribed procedures**Qualifications**:
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Bachelors or Master or University Degree, or equivalent experience in customer service operations.- No Experience necessarily required, may have up to 2 years of relevant experience- Excellent written and verbal communication in English- Professional proficiency in Danish or Swedish, Finnish would be a plus- Excels under high pressure- Time management, multitasking, and effective prioritization in fast paced environment- Strong computer and systems skills, including accurate data entry.- MS Office experience with emphasis on Excel- Ability to work extended shift on the last business day of the month**Preferred Qualifications**- SAP/CRM experience preferredWhat will make you stand out- Ability to handle multiple projects and still maintain daily responsibilities- Ability to work cohesively with diverse teams and communicate.- Strong problem-solving skills, for addressing administrative customer service problems of varying scope and complexity.- Employing a proactive approach, a curiosity to learn, and the ability to take initiative and ownership.**Agilent offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, as well as core global benefits to all staff - but in addition to these, the Spanish business offers**:
