Descripción

Skilled and user-centric UX Designer with 5-6 years of experience needed to join our team for a 100% remote project with one of our clients.

We believe that enthusiasm drives change, and we aim to contribute to a better future through technology. We value people over heroes or super talents.

What are we looking for?

We seek a UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, compliant, and engaging web applications that manage connected access control systems. You will play a key role in shaping a responsive, cloud-hosted IoT platform that enables users to monitor and control automatic doors and access points remotely, in compliance with IEC60839 and related security standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct user research and journey mapping to understand workflows related to access control and building security management.
* Design scalable interfaces that function effectively across devices using responsive design principles.
* Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma.
* Apply and extend existing design systems and UI libraries, ensuring consistency with brand identity and accessibility guidelines.
* Collaborate with cloud engineering, product management, and security teams to define interfaces reflecting system health, real-time alerts, and user control of physical endpoints.
* Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder reviews.
* Ensure user flows comply with IEC60839 functional expectations, including logging, door state control, and auditability of access events.
* Design experiences that reflect the real-time nature of a cloud-hosted IoT environment, handling edge conditions and connection states.
* Document UX decisions clearly for cross-team collaboration and participate in agile design and sprint rituals.

Skills & Experience

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience designing web-based applications, preferably for B2B SaaS IoT platforms.
* Strong command of Figma, understanding of REST-based API behavior, event-driven UI, and real-time feedback UX.
* Knowledge of role-based access control and user activity auditing from a UX perspective.
* Experience designing for cloud-hosted applications with focus on latency, security, and system observability.
* Applications from candidates with disability certificates are welcome.

What do we offer?

* Permanent contract based on experience, with a stable, long-term project.
* Vacation days based on seniority, with 1 additional day per year of service (up to 3 extra days).
* Monthly follow-ups to support your work-life balance.
* Access to our gamification platform, Profile Play.
* Flexible compensation options.
* Perks & gifts such as Christmas hampers, birthday gift cards, and exclusive raffles.
* Team-building events, including summer parties and Christmas dinners.
* Tailor-made training plans.
