The ideal candidate will be responsible for both expanding GLABOO's existing client accounts and generating new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills in English, a consultative sales mindset and the ability to understand and position GLABOO's digital and creative services to clients across diverse markets.
Responsibilities
* Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
* Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams (design, IT, marketing) to align client needs with GLABOO's service offerings.
* Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports and account plans.
Qualifications
* Ideally a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field. A degree is not mandatory.
* Ideally a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in marketing, creative or digital services.
* Strong English communication skills (spoken and written);
additional languages a plus.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach.
* Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with teams.
* Based in Tenerife, with flexibility for occasional travel.
