JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Strategy & Transformation Lead acts as a key enabler to ensure the implementation of the company's vision, tone, and narrative in complex business change transformations, focusing on digitalization and automation. The role actively contributes to driving the accelerated execution of transformation programs, ensuring focus, quality, and speed.
This role serves as a key reference for senior subject matter experts across company functions to execute transformation programs with a focus on automation, particularly AI, ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination.
The role involves leading risk assessments, impact analyses, and proposing risk-based recommendations for evaluation in steering committees. It is also responsible for designing program performance monitoring frameworks and tracking progress against transformation goals.
The Strategy & Transformation Lead will prepare high-quality presentations and documentation related to design options, risk assessments, and performance/status reports for the Transformation Office and other leadership forums such as the Commercial and Executive Committees.

* Excellent presentation skills to synthesize complex topics into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
* Experience in digitalization programs, preferably with exposure to AI

Experience :
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing strategic and transformational projects at a global organization or in a strategy consulting firm
* Experience in designing and implementing large-scale strategic projects and transformation programs
Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related fields
* Master’s degree or MBA highly preferred
