Job Description
Influencing Customers to Develop the Contact Lens Category:
* Generate new users by changing the mindset of eye care professionals (ECPs) and owners from passive to proactive.
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities and understand the needs and particularities of each channel, including independent optometrists, buying groups, and chains.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) in Key Accounts (KAs).
* Use customer journey mapping, Point of Sale (POS) optimization, data analysis, and training to develop the contact lens category.
* Execute JBP-defined objectives in each KA.
* Buid the Misight category and educate ECPs on improving children's lives.
* Coverage planning and sales process execution.
* Negotiate price increases when required.
* Build strong relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, and sales staff.
* Understand and utilize CooperVision programs.
* Complete reporting and administrative tasks.
