Role Overview
We seek to support and execute data management and customer service activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your focus will be on HR Administration processes and Customer Care services, with flexibility to support other areas as required.
Responsibilities
* Use HR Administration expertise to advise on client queries/issues and understand client-specific processes.
* Perform Data Management or Customer Service activities independently according to the schedule and KPIs.
* Ensure Data Management is accurate and timely.
* Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales and to high standards.
* Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and support their updates.
* Proficiently use systems and tools.
* Complete SOC Controls on time with necessary evidence.
* Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions on client/country-specific processes.
* Report system issues/defects accurately with detailed tickets and evidence.
* Highlight deviations from standard scope of service to the Service Manager.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
* Complete all learning objectives successfully.
* Record time accurately and punctually.
* Adhere to Alight Security Standards.
* Participate in team meetings and raise issues promptly.
* Stay updated with all Strada HR announcements and communications.
* Build good relationships with all relevant business lines.
* Update internal stakeholders timely and accurately.
* Participate in projects and activities as assigned.
Requirements
* Good knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently following processes.
* Experience in Customer Care and/or HR Administration is preferred but not mandatory.
* High School/University diploma or equivalent.
* Knowledge of HRIS systems.
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written); advanced or native level of Czech is required, additional languages are a plus.
