We seek a driven Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team of 6 AEs (including 3 mid-market) selling our Enterprise plans. You will initially report directly to Ben, our VP Sales, then to a Senior Sales Manager.

Responsibilities :

* Own the full sales cycle (2-3 months average), from opportunity detection to closing deals.
* Manage inbound (70-80%) and outbound (20-30%) lead generation strategies.
* Develop relationships with key decision-makers in DevOps, engineering, and IT.
* Improve sales processes and work closely with the product team for customer feedback.

Key Success Factors :

* Handling around 800 inbound leads per month.
* Support from solution consultants and the product team.
* Approximately 50% of inbound leads are product-qualified.

Requirements :

* 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with mid-market closing experience.
* Consistent top 10% performer, with a high quota (>

600K ARR).

* Experience selling to technical stakeholders and / or engineering background.
* Entrepreneurial and hunter mindset with outbound sales success.
* Fluent in German and English; based in Europe.
