Actualmente en InterContinental Madrid estamos buscando una persona para el equipo de F&B con la responsabilidad de Bartender con el objetivo de ofrecer un servicio atento, profesional y personalizado en el bar de nuestro hotel, creando cócteles y bebidas de alta calidad que contribuyan a la satisfacción total de los clientes. Deberás mantener altos estándares de limpieza, seguridad e higiene en el área de trabajo.
Descripción de funciones y tareas
Preparación de cócteles, bebidas y otros productos según las necesidades y preferencias de los huéspedes, siempre manteniendo los más altos estándares de calidad y presentación.Brindar un servicio personalizado, atendiendo tanto a huéspedes como a visitantes, respondiendo con profesionalismo y cordialidad a todas las solicitudes.Colaboración con el equipo de bar y otros departamentos del hotel para asegurar un flujo de trabajo eficiente y garantizar una experiencia excepcional para nuestros huéspedes.Gestión de inventarios y control de stock de bebidas, licores y utensilios, asegurando que todos los productos estén bien almacenados y disponibles para el servicio.Mantenimiento de un ambiente limpio, ordenado y seguro en el área de trabajo, cumpliendo con las normativas sanitarias y de seguridad.Participación activa en la creación y actualización de la carta de bebidas, aportando ideas innovadoras y creativas que mejoren la oferta del bar.
Requisitos:
Formación en Hostelería y/o Coctelería (Mixología). Se valorará formación complementaria como Sumiller.Experiencia:
De 1 a 2 años en hoteles/bar de lujo-internacional.Idioma imprescindible:
inglés – Profesional. Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento de otros idiomas.Flexibilidad horaria.Capacidad para responder rápida y positivamente en situaciones de alta demanda de servicio.Pasión por ofrecer niveles excepcionales de servicio al cliente.
