We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support an executive position of an international company based in Madrid.
This is a key role for someone with
3 to 4 years of experience
in executive support, who thrives in dynamic environments and is highly organized, discreet, and proactive.
What you'll do:
* Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and events.
* Coordinate internal and external communications, and follow up on key action points.
* Support with administrative tasks such as facilities management, including invoice handling and service coordination.
* Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience supporting senior leadership.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* English level B2/C1 – essential for international communication.
