If you live in Spain, have the right to work there, speak both Dutch and English, and hold a recognised childcare qualification, then keep reading!ABOUT OUR OFFER- A seasonal or permanent contract available with optional winter work opportunities.- A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 27,000€ gross/year.- Meals and non-alcoholic beverages during hotel opening times are included, as well as uniform.- If you don't live near one of our hotels but are flexible to move within your country of residence, accommodation will be provided.- Access to free language lessons & the TUI Learning Hub to help you level-up and grow your career.- Possibility to sign-up for free to our TUI Childcare Academy to obtain an EU-recognized Childcare Qualification.- Finally, why not get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.ABOUT THE JOB- Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 3-12 & Teens which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.- Take part & collaborate with the wider team in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco.- Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines.- You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting if possible to guests’ requirements.ABOUT YOU- You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently and pro-actively communicating with all guests and hotel team.- For this position, you need to have a recognised childcare qualification/education.- You are a fun outgoing personality with the confidence to engage and connect with children of all ages through active and playful interactions.- Demonstrate capability to facilitate sessions whilst holding the full responsibility for the children in your care.- Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.- You're flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, and bring enthusiasm to lively activities like kid's discos and evening entertainment sessions.- You are fully conversational in Dutch & English;
