Your day a day
As a Commercial Capability Development Specialist, you will have to build and accelerate internal & external capability of commercial teams to conduct high standard consumer & customer engagements across all touchpoints & platforms and drive consumer centricity. Some of your activities will be:
* Build and deploy the training plan/initiatives across target audiences
* Ensure correct monitoring of the appropriate KPIs (NPS, Learning, Behavior change, Business Impact).
* Support deployment of global programs
* Ensure effective management of local/global knowledge management platforms
* Track and measure impact of training programs and monitor development of employees
* Conduct trains the trainer certification sessions.
* Manage effectively the assigned budget
Who We’re Looking For
* You have a University degree.
* You are proficient in English (solid C1 at least) and in Spanish.
* EU Work permit.
* 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG environment, ideally delivering trainings.
* Experience in organizational development and change management
* Strong project management skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Organizational, excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Microsoft package usage, proficient MS PowerPoint skills.
