We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented **Freelance Administrative Assistant** to join our team. Initially, this role will involve 1-2 days a week of work, with the potential to grow as our company develops. You’ll be supporting our operations across various administrative tasks, helping to streamline processes for our clients and internal teams. **Duties may extend beyond Baleario tasks, including providing assistance to the owner with personal and other business ventures.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage **Holded invoicing** and **Xero** accounting system, ensuring timely processing (full training will be provided).
- Assist with **personal tax administration** tasks.
- Organise and maintain **client files** and documentation.
- Liaise with clients on administrative matters and provide necessary support.
- Handle **administrative tasks** such as scheduling meetings, booking travel, and managing paperwork.
- Contribute to managing **social media** and online presence.
- Provide assistance with personal and other business ventures as required.
- Other general **administrative duties** as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in **Spanish and English** (written and verbal).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
- Familiarity with **Holded** and **Xero** invoicing/accounting systems is an advantage (full training will be provided).
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional meet-ups in Mallorca. Potential for hybrid office setup in the future.
- Initially a **freelance role** for 1-2 days per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as the company expands.
