The Deputy Restaurant Director is responsible for achieving the goals and targets set by the Director while maximizing revenue and maintaining the reputation of the restaurant. Overseeing and directing the team, setting a good example and acting with the intention of meeting the objectives of the business.This role places an emphasis on training and development of all team members by identifying areas for growth and promoting a culture that values learning. Acting as a leader within the department and maintaining the highest levels of satisfaction by creating special moments for the guests.It is important that the Deputy Restaurant Director is focused and positive and genuine.
