- MESSENGER SERVICES
- Receipt and handling of daily messenger services.
- Receipt and delivery of certified mail and burofax.
- OFFICE MANAGEMENT
- Distribution and supply of office materials according to employee needs.
- Purchase and storage of office products.
- Invoicing management with treasury.
- Management of office or branch first-aid kit requests (Fremap).
- Distribution and control of common spaces and storage, lockers.
- STORAGE
- Inventory, storage, and categorization of warehouse materials.
- SUPPLIERS
- Coordination and point of contact for external office service providers (locksmith, plumber, pest control).
- Coordination with cleaning service, purchase of cleaning supplies, onboarding of new cleaning personnel.
