Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to invite applications for a German Speaking CRM Support role focusing on Customer Platforms, with the opportunity to work in the beautiful setting of Greece. In this position, you will play a critical role in assisting German-speaking clients, ensuring they have a smooth and efficient experience with our customer relationship management systems.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality support to German-speaking clients using CRM platforms via phone, email, and online chat
* Assist customers with inquiries regarding CRM functionalities, account management, and troubleshooting issues
* Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately to track issues and solutions
* Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex queries and suggest improvements to client processes
* Conduct training sessions for clients on effective usage of the CRM platform features
* Stay updated on product enhancements and industry best practices to provide relevant support
Qualifications
* Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable
* Experience in customer support, particularly within CRM systems, is advantageous
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly
* Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus
* A proactive attitude with an eagerness to help customers succeed
* Willingness to embrace a new culture and relocate to Greece
