**What you Will do**:
- Assists in travel and admin matters.
- Support in the preparation and organization of internal company meetings
- Support in the management of office equipments, office furnitures, snacks & beverages, office supplies, etc.
- Assists in team building activities.
- Help with new hire onboarding duties.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipments.
- Support in processing invoices and expenses.
- Take care of invitation letters for Visa request, and support hotel booking for foreign colleagues.
**Your profile**:

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or similar.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken), Portuguese is a plus
- Time management and organizational skills
- A team player with great attention in details
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
