Job Description
This role involves recruiting and selecting personnel by accurately identifying candidates' skills that match the profile requirements, company policies, and client needs.
Responsibilities
1. Recruitment:
2. Ensure the required headcount (HC) for each site is met, either through the recruitment team or, if absent, via the Personnel Administration team.
3. Conduct recruitment, selection, and hiring of operational and administrative staff following the Global Talent Attraction Policy and Operational Personnel Hiring Procedure.
4. Maintain diverse recruitment sources to meet HC requirements.
5. Coordinate with vacancy managers to follow up on hiring requests.
6. Inform candidates about vacancies and company information during the recruitment process.
7. Communicate the company's vision, mission, values, policies, and organizational structure to candidates to facilitate their integration.
8. Monitor the recruitment process of operational staff using the iCIMS system.
9. Post internal job openings using approved formats and share with HR for publication.
10. Hiring:
11. Collect and verify legal hiring documentation from candidates and ensure compliance.
12. Guide new employees to their assigned sites with the HR Personnel Management team.
13. Arrange uniforms for new hires as applicable.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
* Knowledge: Recruitment processes, interview techniques, recruitment sources, psychometric testing, induction procedures, PC skills, Microsoft Office.
* Experience: At least two years in recruitment and selection, including induction and mass recruitment processes.
* Language: Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
* Travel: Occasional national travel as needed.
