WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* Solid educational background in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar quantitative fields.
* 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis or Data Engineering, ideally with a proven track record operating within highly regulated enterprise environments like life sciences, financial services, or international organizations.
* Technical mastery in visualization: Advanced proficiency in Power BI reporting and data modelling. You know how to build scalable, high-performance dashboards that executives actually use.
* Data extraction and integration skills: Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with API integrations and cross-system data flows. Experience extracting unstructured data from complex enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, Veeva Vault) is a major plus.
* Strict data governance mindset: Deep understanding of data governance and data quality principles. You instinctively check for data quality, confidentiality, integrity, and availability before publishing any dataset.
* Analytical rigor: A proactive \"data janitor\" mindset with the ability to take messy, decentralized data and structure it into reliable, automated KPI feeds.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Build and Maintain Dashboards: Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI visualization boards, identifying mandatory fields and automating notifications to provide actionable insights for global leadership.
* Data Integration & Modelling: Extract, clean, and structure complex datasets from various global systems, building robust data models to support automated, cross-system data flows.
* Drive Data Quality Analysis: Perform rigorous data quality and volume analysis to define migration rules, troubleshoot anomalies, and ensure system performance requirements are met.
* Ensure Audit Readiness: Implement strict data governance validation rules to ensure all datasets maintain absolute integrity, confidentiality, and compliance for audit readiness.
* Support System Integrations: Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Process Owners to map data architectures and support the integration of enterprise systems through APIs.
* Translate Data to Business Impact: Act as the core data subject matter expert, taking fragmented operational metrics and transforming them into clear, reliable reporting structures that drive strategic business decisions.
