AI Specialist - End-to-End Content Management (Azure AI)Location: CET timezoneDepartment: Business SolutionsReports to: Digital Product Lead, MarTechAbout the roleWe're looking for an AI Specialist to help reshape how marketing content is created, managed and delivered across a global organisation.This role sits within a wider initiative to build a connected, end-to-end content ecosystem. The goal is to bring together multiple tools, experiments and enterprise platforms into one streamlined environment that supports everything from consumer advertising and social media, to healthcare professional communications and in-store materials.You’ll be responsible for building AI‑powered solutions that reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and make content production faster and more intelligent.This isn’t a research or experimentation role. You’ll be expected to take AI concepts and turn them into real, scalable products used in production.What you’ll be doing- Design and build AI‑driven systems that automate and improve content creation and management across multiple channels- Develop production‑grade applications using Microsoft Azure AI services, including AI Foundry, AI Search, and Document Intelligence- Integrate large language models and generative AI (text, image and video) into real marketing workflows- Build and maintain data pipelines that connect content systems, AI models and downstream publishing platforms- Take solutions from proof of concept through MVP and into fully scalable enterprise deployment- Work closely with marketing, product and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions- Define best practices around AI usage, data quality, compliance and responsible AI- Monitor model performance and continuously improve outputs over time- Keep up to date with emerging AI capabilities, particularly those relevant to marketing and content generation- Support and mentor other engineers working on AI‑enabled solutionsWhat we’re looking for- 8+ years in software or application development, with strong exposure to AI/ML engineering- Hands‑on experience building solutions on Microsoft Azure AI services- Strong Python skills, plus experience with another enterprise language such as TypeScript- Proven ability to build and deploy production‑grade applications (not just prototypes or notebooks)- Experience working with LLMs, including prompt engineering and RAG‑based systems- Familiarity with generative AI for image and/or video use cases- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices and cloud‑native architecture- Experience designing and running data pipelines in a cloud environment- Ability to take projects from concept through to enterprise‑scale deployment- Understanding of content workflows in marketing or creative environments- Awareness of governance, compliance and approval processes in regulated industriesNice to have- Experience in marketing technology, digital asset management or content operations- Exposure to pharma or regulated content environments- Azure certifications in AI or cloud architecture- Experience with MLOps practices such as model monitoring, versioning and A/B testing- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Veeva or Adobe Experience Cloud- Experience working with multi‑modal AI systems combining text, image and video#J-18808-Ljbffr
