What will you do?
* Supervisar el servicio que se realiza en los distintos bares del establecimiento.
* Controlar la observancia de las Normas de Seguridad e Higiene.
* Supervisar la facturación a clientes, los puntos de “caja”, el montaje de los bares y los inventarios físicos de bebidas y material.
* Controlar el rendimiento de las bebidas.
* Informar a la Gobernanta de las deficiencias en la limpieza de salones.
* Confeccionar diariamente los pedidos de los bares, controlando si las mercancías recibidas coinciden con los vales de los pedidos.
* Colaborar en la confección de cartas de bebidas asesorando a la Dirección y proponer nuevas medidas (cócteles) para ofrecer en los bares.
* Recibir información sobre desviaciones en costes y producción, en relación con el presupuesto.
* Proponer a la Dirección las medidas oportunas para mejorar la calidad en el servicio.
* Convocar reuniones con el personal a sus órdenes.
* Proponer sanciones y promociones del personal a sus órdenes.
* Colaborar en la selección de su personal.
* Confeccionar los turnos y horarios del personal de bares, informando de las altas, bajas y ausencias.
What are we looking for?
* Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio o Superior en Hostelería.
* Experiencia: mínima de 1 año en puesto similar.
* Idiomas: imprescindible inglés alto, deseable segundo idioma (francés, alemán).
* Se valorarán conocimientos en: Hostelería.
* Persona trabajadora, responsable y sociable.
* Con dotes de liderazgo para motivar a su equipo.
* Habilidades comunicativas e interpersonales.
* Energía y rapidez.
* Habilidad negociadora.
* Capacidad de organización.
