We are hiring an Interim Assistant Manager to join our team to cover a temporary position.

What we need:
Your main functions will include working with the Resort Manager, Heads of Departments, and team members to:
* Implement and improve company standards in product and service quality.
* Conduct evaluations, research, and resolve complaints with corrective actions.
* Develop short and long-term operational and financial plans and budgets.
Requirements:
* Degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, or similar.
* Minimum of 3 years of management experience in 4 or 5-star hotels.
* High level of English (additional languages are a plus).
* Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
* Customer-oriented and results-driven.
