Together with our diverse network of trainers, coaches, and full-time Speexxies, we are building the future of learning and development, and this is just the start.We're searching for a hands-on B2B marketing leader with a digital-first mindset and a proven track record in PR, brand building, demand generation, customer marketing, and tactical execution that drives results.The ideal candidate brings marketing experience in enterprise software or SaaS, preferably in the L&D and HR-tech space, and can translate strategy into scalable growth across the full marketing funnel - from lead acquisition to sales conversion and customer retention.The Head of Marketing Spain will lead a dynamic, performance-driven, and creative marketing team, working in close alignment with commercial and product stakeholders, as well as the global marketing organization. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing the marketing vision of a fast-growing international company committed to helping people thrive in the global workplace.Key responsibilities include :
Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team by fostering a culture of innovation, AI adoption, curiosity, continuous improvement, and data-driven execution.Contribute strategic insights within the international marketing team.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies focused on brand visibility, demand generation, and customer retention.Coordinate marketing planning sessions and workshops to support business priorities.Engage in industry dialogue and gather market intelligence to inform marketing strategies.Build relationships with HR industry influencers and stakeholders through PR and thought leadership.Contribute to understanding customer personas, buyer journeys, and decision-making criteria to refine messaging and content strategies.Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Development to create impactful content and go-to-market strategies.Partner with People & Culture to enhance employer branding.Drive the strategic use of AI in marketing to improve efficiency.Design and optimize email campaigns and paid media initiatives.Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts and manage CRM data integrity.Plan and execute external events, webinars, and digital engagements.Qualifications include proven experience in a senior marketing role within an international environment, strong background in B2B enterprise software marketing, hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns, expertise in AI-driven marketing, SEO, social media, web analytics, SEM, and proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools.
