Job Title : Full Stack Engineer (AI Tools, Martech & Product-Building)
Location : 100% Remote – with occasional meetups in Barcelona for lunch, beers, and product deep dives (We like in-person time when it matters.)

Data Innovation helps marketing and CRM teams work smarter with automation, analytics, and AI. Our mission is to simplify complex Martech stacks and build lightweight tools that solve real problems. We're looking for a versatile Full Stack Engineer, a builder who's curious, autonomous, and eager to grow into someone who can think like both a developer and a product manager. This role is ideal for someone junior or mid-level, not afraid to explore, learn quickly, and deliver value across projects.
What You'll Work On
1. 15+ active clients from publishers to eCommerce brands and performance agencies, with varied infrastructures now increasingly standardized. You'll work on:
* AI-driven tools: embedding GPT-4 and other services into internal and client-facing apps
* Multi-MTA dashboards: enhancing our Virtual Deliverability Manager for SparkPost, qMail, and Amazon SES
* Mautic plugin development: automating campaigns and improving UX for marketing teams
* Web apps & UIs: building lightweight tools and landing pages using modern frameworks
* API integrations: connecting CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
* Client-specific solutions: proposing, specing, and implementing solutions for companies like Brown-Forman and Moonshot Marketing
What We're Looking For
* You can code full stack: Python (FastAPI), HTML/CSS, React, Vue/Angular
* Familiar with (or eager to learn): SQL, Airflow, Amazon Athena, Docker, YAML, AWS, Mautic, WhatsApp & Codex
* You understand the value of frugality and working with efficient, lean architectures
* You can communicate clearly in non-formal conversations
* You care about products, UX, and outcomes, not just code
* You're independent, organized, and capable of managing your time and priorities
* You're comfortable with variety and navigating imperfect setups
* Interested in meaningful AI applications and willing to build or find diverse AI team collaborations
