Employees are expected to work from our Barcelona office (Cornellà de Llobregat) 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days.
BASIC FUNCTION
To provide qualitative information support to different areas: GM, sales, marketing, trade marketing, and controlling to help on taking strategic decisions.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
Ensure consistency information from different systems (SAP – MS – Hyperion MR) in time and quality.
Help to implement and improve the company procedures and the information quality.
Sales team support: analysis and distribution of necessary information: daily sales reports, business objectives, sales margin, recovery plans, national KPI’s, ad hoc analysis reports, commercial agreements status.
Marketing support: control of monthly business proposals, special business proposals, New Products diffusion, closing reports and ad hoc analysis reports.
Trade Marketing support: analysis of customers from different channels, customer evolution, trade terms analysis, P&L by customer.
Controlling support: managing monthly closing information and monthly goals by sales rep, sales information by brand, managing and updating commercial agreements into SAP.
Consolidation of different businesses.
Analysis evolution for each one of our Iberia businesses.
Attending audit requirements.
EDUCATION
Degree in Business Administration or similar.
KNOWLEDGE
At least 3 years experience.
Fluent in English. Also, desirable Portuguese.
Desirable knowledge of Salon industry (manufacturing, distribution, salon level).
Advanced user of Microsoft Office. User of SAP, BI and Hyperion.
SKILLS
Ability for multi-task in time sensitive / high pressure situations.
Teamwork ability.
Organizational capacity.
