The Role
Join the Corporate Strategy & Transformation Team at Astara! We seek a dynamic professional to support our Vehicle Sales division within the Strategy & Transformation team, reporting directly to the Head of Operations and Finance Processes. This role provides a unique opportunity to influence our vehicle operations and mobility models across markets and brands.
Your Mission
Become a strategic partner for our Mobility & Vehicle Operations units by bridging business needs with scalable IT solutions. Lead transformation initiatives, ensure smooth rollouts, promote local adoption, and drive continuous improvement of processes and tools.
Main Responsibilities
* Act as the business partner for Mobility & Vehicle Operations, aligning strategies with IT solutions.
* Serve as the reference point for project status and scope within the business team.
* Lead the implementation of the vehicle operations and mobility operating model across new markets and brands.
* Enhance existing processes and tools for added functionalities and efficiency.
* Ensure internal tool adoption by local teams.
* Conduct GAP analysis, define processes, and design solutions with business teams, Strategy & Transformation, and vendors.
* Manage risks and scope changes, facilitating smooth project adoption and change management.
* Provide regular updates to management and communicate complex topics clearly to stakeholders. Coordinate external vendors for quality execution.
* Facilitate integration with third parties, like vehicle logistics providers, ensuring seamless data flow.
* Collaborate with the Application Maintenance team to deploy fixes and improvements according to SLAs.
Qualifications and Experience
We seek a passionate professional with strategic vision and practical expertise. Ideally, you will have:
* Over 5 years of experience in automotive, mobility, distribution, or consumer goods industries, with deep knowledge of vehicle operations and supply chain processes.
* At least 3 years of experience working with SAP (modules MM, SD, VMS) and understanding of SAP-FI. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
* Proven experience leading international ERP implementations, covering all phases from process definition to data migration and cutover.
* A degree in Engineering, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with confidence in communicating across global teams.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts for stakeholders.
Occasional travel (around 10%), mainly within Europe, is required to stay connected with markets and teams.
