Your responsibilities and impact as an Internal Technical Support Advisor (German Speaker):
Handling internal requests regarding technical problems of employees
Escalating complex problems to the respective higher department
Problem analysis and preparation of summary reports
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
You are a native German Speaker
Having a valid work permit for Spain (required)
You gained first experience in the field of technical support
You are open-minded and looking for a job abroad
