About the Role
We are seeking bilingual candidates who speak English and Spanish to work for a top social media company.
Responsibilities
* Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support for a popular social media platform.
* Manage case volumes across email and chat channels.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality through case management and providing regular updates.
* Adhere to service levels across channels and achieve top productivity and resolution times.
* Collaborate with technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issues.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking); additional language skills are a plus.
* 2-5 years of experience in digital advertising, technical customer support, or operations.
* Experience in a contact center or service program, preferably within an advertising tech company.
* Support experience with products and platforms, especially via chat and email.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing understanding.

Compensation
Salary: €22,000 + 10% bonus
