The Role: The voice and reach of our product
We are not looking for someone who just "executes marketing." We are looking for a leader who will push our brand, master our narrative, and become the voice of Maite.Ai in the market. Your mission will be to translate the complexity of our AI into a clear and compelling story that resonates with the legal sector. You will be responsible for our positioning and the evangelist for our product, connecting what we build with what the market needs, from the copy on our website to our presence at the key event of the year.
✅ Responsibilities
* Positioning and Messaging: Define and be responsible for our positioning and message, ensuring it resonates with the frustrations and aspirations of the legal professional.
* Content Leadership: Design and execute the 360º content strategy. You will lead the creation of Thought Leadership content (webinars, social media, whitepapers, studies, articles) and will be key to our website's narrative to position us as leaders in Legal AI.
* Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Launch the communication strategy for new features, coordinating with Product, Growth, and Sales for maximum impact.
* Offline Strategy and Evangelism: Assist in our offline strategy. You will identify key industry events, build strategic alliances, and represent Maite.Ai, turning networking into insights and opportunities.
* Sales Enablement: Help our sales team with the tools they need to win: impeccable sales decks, sharp competitor battlecards, and clear one-pagers.
* Success Story Engine: Build and lead our Success Story engine: from identifying and interviewing key clients to creating the final asset (written or video).
* Brand Voice (Social & Email): Define and execute the editorial line and tone of voice in all public communications, including social media and the company newsletter.
Profile we are looking for
* Radical empathy for the legal professional: You have an innate ability to get inside our user's head. You understand what frustrates them, what they value (time, rigor), and what scares them.
* A translator of complexity: You know how to take an advanced AI feature and explain it not by the technology it uses, but by the problem it solves.
* Excellent storytelling skills: You don't just communicate;
you build a narrative that engages. You are an exceptional copywriter.
* 'Builder' mentality: You don't just design the strategy;
you write the copy, create the sales deck, and build the success story. You have a total execution orientation.
* 360 Marketing Vision: You have experience connecting online strategies (content, email) with offline actions (events, alliances) to build a coherent brand.
* Knowledge in: pricing strategies, competitor analysis, and handling objections to improve retention.
* Proven experience: You have demonstrable experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a Product Marketing or Strategic Marketing role.
* Organization, autonomy, and critical thinking: You are capable of managing multiple projects (a launch, a webinar, and a success story) in parallel without losing focus.
