RevSync is a B2B GTM agency. We help B2B companies build and run their outbound engine end to end: LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and revenue operations (RevOps). That means list building, campaign strategy, copy, offer design, and the technical automation behind it all. Our clients hire us to fill their pipeline, and we deliver.
We’re a lean, killer team. You’ll be the commercial face of the business.
The Role:
We’re looking for one person to own the full commercial cycle: find new clients, close them, and keep them happy. You’ll be the person prospects meet first and the person existing clients trust on their weekly strategy calls.
This is a hunter and a relationship-builder. If you only like one half of that, this isn’t your role.
To be clear: you won’t be executing the campaigns yourself, and you won’t be alone on client calls. Our campaign and automation specialists build and run the work, and they join you on the weekly client calls to handle the technical detail. Your job is to own the strategy and the relationship, with the team backing you up.
What you will own:
• Source new B2B clients through outbound (LinkedIn and email) using our own GTM playbook (you’ll be running the exact motion we sell).
• Close discovery and sales calls, write proposals, and bring deals over the line.
• Service & retain clients as their main point of contact, including leading the LinkedIn and email campaign strategy portion of weekly client calls (our automation lead covers the automation side; you cover outreach strategy, copy, and offer).
• Work alongside our campaign execution team (who build the campaigns) and translate strategy into clear direction clients can act on.
• Spot opportunities to expand accounts and feed insight back into how we package and price our services.
You are a strong fit if you have:
• Excellent, fluent professional English, spoken and written. You will be the face of the company on every client call; this is non-negotiable.
• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally full-cycle (you’ve sourced and closed, not just one).
• Real client-facing experience: you’re comfortable leading a call, guiding a client, and being the calm expert in the room.
• Hands-on familiarity with B2B outbound: LinkedIn and cold email campaigns, sequencing, copywriting, and offer/messaging strategy.
• Comfort with modern GTM tooling (e.g. LinkedIn automation, email-sending infrastructure, CRMs, enrichment/list-building tools). You don’t need to be an engineer, but you shouldn’t be afraid of the stack.
Bonus Points:
• You’ve worked at or run a B2B GTM agency before.
• You understand RevOps / GTM infrastructure and automation (n8n, HeyReach, Clay, Instantly or similar).
• You’ve sold services (not just SaaS) and know how agency retainers work.
Logistics:
• Fully remote, comfortable with EST/PST Hours
• Timezone overlap required: our clients are largely North American, and client calls happen during their business hours. You must be available to take calls in the afternoon/early evening your time (roughly covering North American mornings). Please confirm you can do this when you apply.
