After-Sales Service Manager(Europe)

About the job:
We are looking for an After-sales service manager to join our European team and help us for the organization of the after sales service in Europe. This is an organizational role, and you’ll be expected to have a close contact with the end users and OEMs using Inovance equipment, manage and organize the after-sales operations. Although based in Spain, the job has a Europe-wide remit.
About you: This is an expert role and we are looking for candidates who have a relevant experience in After-sales service management, of at least 5 years. Engineering degree is not a must.
Main Tasks:
* Responsible for on-site commissioning and troubleshooting during the batch delivery;
* Responsible for the establishment and management of service team in the EU region, and arrange and schedule work for team members based on customer requirements;
* Responsible for the development, training, optimization and daily inspections of service partners in the EU region, such as service centers and maintenance centers;
* Feedback on product quality issues and resolve them with CQM tools;
* Responsible for customer relationship management and improving customer satisfaction;
* Design the product troubleshooting guide based on the local customers' requirements;
* Assist Commercial engineer to manage the spare parts.
Technical knowledge requirements:
Electrical/electronical, automation, mechanical and other technical disciplines;
Familiar with AC drive (inverter), servo, motor, PLC and other automation products;
Able to diagnose power electronics components;
Able to read and understand electrical and electronic circuits Able to work with various PC softwares
Additional requirements:
Good English communication skills A willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required (once Covid allows)
Strong self-motivation and a self-starter
