We're looking for an experienced RFIC Design Engineer with a strong background in GaAs and / or GaN technologies to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in developing state-of-the-art Power Amplifiers (PA) and Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA) for cutting-edge applications, including Ku / Ka-band satellite systems.
Role & Responsibilities
* Design innovative PA / LNA topologies to meet challenging RF system requirements
* Floorplan and co-develop layout for high-performance RF blocks
* Optimize RF building blocks : PAs, LNAs, biasing circuits, switches
* Support chip bring-up and validation in the lab (manual and automated test setups)
* Collaborate with System Engineers to fine-tune block- and system-level performance
* Contribute to design reviews, spec development, and project planning
* Maintain clear documentation and report progress to Manager
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* 4–10 years of hands-on RF design experience in GaAs, GaN, or SiGe technologies
* Proven track record in PA or LNA design
* Proficient with industry-standard RF and IC design tools :
* Cadence EMX (EM extraction and mutual coupling analysis)
* Keysight ADS (schematic, harmonic balance, load-pull, system-level simulations)
* Good understanding of packaging, EM coupling, substrate losses, and layout constraints in high-frequency systems
* Familiarity with test and measurement equipment : VNAs, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.
* Strong grasp of real-world limitations in RFIC design and how to solve them
* Excellent documentation and communication skills
* Degree in Electronic Engineering (BSc, MSc, or PhD)
