Key Responsibilities
Provide top‐notch customer support in Spanish across phone, email, and chat channels.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests related to our products and services.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery.
Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken). Knowledge of English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or similar roles.
Strong communication skills and a customer‐focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online platforms.
A willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
