What You’ll Do
Act as a trusted advisor to onboard new German-market clients and build strong, results-driven PPC campaigns
Make outbound calls to promote and sell services
Identify customer goals and offer tailored solutions
Set up strategic campaigns designed for immediate and long-term success
Increase ad spend and upsell campaign opportunities
Build, maintain, and update a complete customer database
Manage a high daily volume of potential clients via phone calls
What You Bring
BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications is a plus)
German C2 and English C1 (additional languages are a bonus)
Minimum 12 months of experience in sales and/or marketing with proven client-facing skills
Independent, goal-oriented working style
Confident using CRM tools and managing customer data
Comfortable using AI tools to support outreach strategies
Strong communication skills (presentation + professional writing)
Initiative-driven, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset
Strong competitor analysis and market trend awareness
Cultural awareness and stakeholder management experience
Familiar with business etiquette and regulations ( e.g., GDPR )
Able to address advanced ROI and integration questions for digital ads solutions
