Role SummaryThe Growth Operations Manager is responsible for building and optimising the operational systems and experimentation infrastructure behind Photoroom's product‐led growth engine. This role ensures that growth experiments across acquisition, activation, engagement, and conversion are executed with precision, reliable measurement, and clean behavioural data. Working in close partnership with Product Growth, Marketing, Data, and RevOps, this person operationalises how growth experiments are designed, measured, and scaled, ensuring that growth insights are accurate, actionable, and aligned with the broader revenue framework. LocationRemote in France, Italy, UK, Spain, or Germany, with monthly Paris office visits (fully reimbursed) Amplitude), with clear event tracking and success metrics Maintain structured experimentation processes: hypothesis definition, experiment tracking, and results analysis Support growth teams in setting up and QA'ing A/B tests across onboarding flows, paywalls, and conversion journeys Build and maintain dashboards tracking core PLG metrics: acquisition, activation, feature adoption, retention, and conversion Analyse user behaviour and product usage data to identify growth opportunities and funnel inefficiencies Ensure consistent metric definitions and tracking across analytics tools, aligned with shared data standards Maintain operational visibility across the full PLG funnel: acquisition → activation → engagement → conversion Monitor conversion performance across onboarding, paywalls, feature usage, and upgrade flows Growth Tooling & Data Infrastructure Amplitude, HubSpot, experimentation platforms, and analytics pipelines Ensure clean event tracking, user segmentation, and cohort analysis capabilities Improve operational efficiency through automation and AI‐assisted workflows for experiment analysis and reporting Support collection and analysis of user feedback, behavioural data, and product usage insights 3–5 years in Growth Operations, Product Analytics, or Growth‐focused roles within a B2B or PLG SaaS environment Amplitude, Mixpanel), including event tracking and funnel analysis Strong understanding of PLG funnels: acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion, and how they operate in practice Experience supporting or operationalising A/B testing and experimentation frameworks Comfortable working with data structures, event taxonomies, and analytics pipelines Strong analytical instinct: you identify data inconsistencies quickly and translate insights into actionable growth opportunities Optimizely, GrowthBook, LaunchDarkly) Experience integrating marketing and product data (e.g. HubSpot + product analytics) Reliable dashboards tracking PLG funnel performance across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion Improved visibility into experiment performance and user behaviour trends Faster experimentation cycles enabled by clean data and structured processes 30 days annual leave plus local public holidays 1,000 one‐time home office grant OR €400/month co‐working space stipend €1,000 annual learning and development budget Private health insurance Sports and cultural activities reimbursement Relocation support (up to €10k) for those choosing to move to France (visa + housing support) Note: Visa sponsorship and relocation support are only available for roles based in France.
