Role SummaryThe Growth Operations Manager is responsible for building and optimising the operational systems and experimentation infrastructure behind Photoroom's product‐led growth engine. This role ensures that growth experiments across acquisition, activation, engagement, and conversion are executed with precision, reliable measurement, and clean behavioural data. Working in close partnership with Product Growth, Marketing, Data, and RevOps, this person operationalises how growth experiments are designed, measured, and scaled, ensuring that growth insights are accurate, actionable, and aligned with the broader revenue framework.
