This broad product offering makes it a one-stop partner for online businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe.We are growing extensively and aim to be the most loved online service provider in our local markets.Position OverviewThis role sits within the Group Marketing team of team.Blue, a European market leader for online services.The main objective of this role is to increase the volume of new clients while optimising our main KPI (cost of acquisition) according to the benchmark.As a Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads), you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that drive web traffic, acquire leads / customers, and boost brand awareness.Key ResponsibilitiesDevise marketing strategies that align with our organisation's business goals.Execute campaigns across diverse digital channels such as social media, search engines, and display advertising.Manage day-to-day activities on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn accounts.Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, evaluating their success against ROI and KPIs.Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimise user experience.We Are Looking For Someone WhoIs passionate and loves what they do.Has a problem-solving mindset.Is both a thinker and a doer.Works well in a team, sharing knowledge and expertise.Challenged to improve their craft and produce high-quality work.Loves technology and stays updated on the latest trends.Shows attention to detail.Is eager to learn and grow within a multinational organization.Loves working with data.Has excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills.Qualifications & ExperienceAt least 2 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta.Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media (Meta, LinkedIn), and display advertising.Proficiency with marketing automation tools.Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.Advanced Excel skills (sorting data, pivot tables, functions).Strong project management skills.Exceptional communication skills.Creative with an eye for detail in ad asset creation.Advantageous SkillsExperience in SaaS / B2B marketing is a plus.Familiarity with AI tools and their applications.TrainingInitial training will be provided online for 2-3 weeks on a full-time basis.Come as you areWe value diversity and inclusion, respecting respect, openness, and collaboration.
