Blue is a fast-growing digital marketing company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for our clients globally. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Regional Manager for our Partnerships Department to lead our e-commerce and agencies sales operations in the EU region.
This high-level role will report directly to the Head of the Department and offers the opportunity to drive substantial impact within the company while managing a dynamic sales team.

What are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Manager with deep expertise in agency partnerships and affiliate marketing to drive growth across our key markets. This role is pivotal in shaping our presence within the performance marketing ecosystem, owning relationships with agencies, networks, and affiliates, while ensuring our brand is top of mind across the region.
The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with relationship management skills and an analytical mindset to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable results.
This role is the cornerstone of our expansion strategy in affiliate marketing and agency partnerships. The right candidate will not only unlock growth opportunities but also shape how our brand is perceived within the performance marketing industry.
