Roles and Responsibilities:
- Framework Development: Design and define the structure, principles, and best practices for transitioning to an AI-native operating model, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Content Creation: Develop detailed documentation including processes, governance models, guidelines, and playbooks that cover people, technology, and workflows to support transformation efforts.
- Standardization: Create and maintain templates, checklists, and reference materials to promote consistency and quality across all transformation initiatives.
- Enablement: Deliver actionable guidance, training materials, and tools that empower cross-functional teams to effectively adopt AI-driven methods and technologies.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly update and refine the playbook by incorporating stakeholder feedback, lessons learned, and adapting to emerging business needs and AI trends.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including business leaders, technology experts, and change management professionals to ensure seamless integration of AI-native practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business transformation, operations, strategy, or related domains.
- Proven expertise in designing and documenting complex frameworks, processes, or methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in change management, organizational design, or enablement programs is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with digital transformation and AI concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in transformation or project management are advantageous.
Tools and Technologies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) for documentation and presentation.
- Experience with workflow design tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.
- Familiarity with project management software like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
- Knowledge of collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Slack.
- Exposure to AI and digital transformation platforms is beneficial.
