Opening: Summer 2026 (7 Villas) | Full Resort Spring 2027 We are seeking a Resort General Manager (Pre-Opening) to lead the launch of ZEST Resort & Spa—a new 5-star lifestyle resort set to redefine luxury in Ibiza.

With 206 keys, including ultra-luxury villas, ZEST will blend high-end hospitality, wellness, and world-class entertainment, targeting a general audience of luxury travellers, influencers, and high-net-worth guests.

This is not a traditional GM role—you will take a resort from construction to full opening, shaping its identity, culture, and commercial success. The Role

Current/Recent 5-star luxury Resort GM Experience of managing a luxury property in Ibiza
