Responsibilities
* Design and produce marketing materials such as advertisements, collateral, signage, flash pieces, e‑brochures, and presentations that reflect brand image and style to drive hotel revenue.
* Partner with marketing managers and operational departments to conceptualize and execute deliverables, maintaining familiarity with customer demographics.
* Manage project progress, maintain project files and archives, and provide continuous communication to marketing and project teams.
* Execute production tasks including printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, file manipulation, and layout.
* Follow company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional appearance, uphold confidentiality, and protect company assets.
* Provide courteous guest service, use professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately, and use proper telephone etiquette.
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support the team to achieve common goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
* Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards, handle light physical tasks, and perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from an accredited institution.
* 3–5 years of Graphic Design experience.
* No supervisory experience required.
* No license or certification required.
