About the role

Health and Safety Administrative Coordination Support for Business Areas will have a pivotal role in the coordination of DNV activities in the Iberian market regarding Health, Safety and Environment, working closely across DNVs Business Areas and external customers in the DNV spectrum.

We are looking for someone who will successfully coordinate Health and Safety projects in the following operational functions:

* Liaising with Health and Safety client counterparts to synchronize actions that need to be taken by DNV employees to secure authorization for working at third party facilities.
* Collaborate with DNV Project Manager’s to provide Health and Safety guidance and ensure compliance with formal requirements necessary for projects execution.
* Coordination of specific Health and Safety documentation to enable DNV employees to work for clients at third parties’ facilities - management of “Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales”.
* Coordinating Health and Safety requirements for subcontractor companies associated with DNV.
* Specific Health and Safety coordination for work centers defined as Construction Sites as per local regulations involving activities such as:
o workplace opening,
o management of subcontracting books,
o engaging preventive resources.
* Maintenance, management, and coordination of employees’ Health and Safety related documentation/certificates.
* Support for statutory training management for Business Areas and HSE Country Coordinator.
* Support for statutory preventive activities.

About you

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

* Master degree as a Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention in the three specialties: Occupational Safety, Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology, Industrial Hygiene.
* Min. 2 years of experience on independent position within Health and Safety area, preferably in energy, maritime or industrial environment.
* Ability to coordinate customer's needs in terms of Health and Safety and support for common office operations like: documentation preparations, trainings, PPE, medical checks arrangement, onsite risk assessments, preventive planning.
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
