UNAV has more than 14,000 students across 7 campuses : Pamplona, San Sebastian, Madrid, Barcelona, New York, Munich, and São Paulo, with a wide network of international universities and research centres.
The university has a strong track record in European Research Programs, participating in 132 projects from FP4 to Horizon Europe, including LIFE, ERASMUS+, and INTERREG, with 22 projects coordinated by UNAV. It also has extensive experience with MSCA and ERC grants, with over 31 signed grants, including 5 MSCA in the 2024 call.
UNAV has been awarded the HR Excellence in Research quality seal (HRS4R), ensuring the implementation of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
The University of Navarra will provide training to the fellow in proposal preparation, including individual info sessions to explain the call and address questions.

TRACYD is an interdisciplinary research group focused on transformations in the contemporary world of work and their impact on sustainable development. In line with the European Care Strategy, one focus is the economic, social, and cultural conditions for creating good jobs in the service sector. The Chair IDEA of 'New Longevities' aims to enhance the quality of life for the elderly, exploring the human dimensions of care amidst cultural and social changes. The project combines a philosophical / cultural approach to shift paradigms in care work and a socio-health, applied approach to influence policies in the sector. Our research aims to inform economic policies for creating good jobs in the service sector.

Research field : Labour economics
Candidate requirements :
* Expertise in labor economics with a strong econometric background.
* Background in healthcare systems research is a plus but not required.
* Research focus on the healthcare industry, analyzing wage formation and policies econometrically.
* Language proficiency : English C1; some Spanish is advantageous.
Candidates :
* Must hold a PhD by the application deadline or have successfully defended their thesis but not yet received the degree.
* Maximum of 8 years research experience post-PhD; experience outside research, career breaks, or research in third countries do not count towards this limit.
* Must comply with mobility rules : not have resided or worked more than 12 months in the country of the host in the past 36 months.
