Overview
We are seeking a proactive Administrative & Marketing Support Specialist who can seamlessly blend administrative support, marketing content creation, and outbound client communication. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in handling both behind-the-scenes tasks and direct client-facing conversations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, emails, proposals, contracts, and documentation.
* Organize inspection reports, invoices, and project files.
* Create and edit marketing content such as brochures, emails, and social media posts.
* Conduct outbound calls to insurance firms, attorneys, and property managers.
* Track leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in administrative support and marketing/copywriting.
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Confidence in outbound calling and client-facing conversations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
* Experience with CRM systems (specific platform will be confirmed).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks independently without constant supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with marketing tools such as Mailchimp and Canva.
* Background in professional services copywriting.
* Experience supporting insurance, legal, or property management industries is a plus.
