The Vice President of Business Development is responsible for driving strategic growth and expansion of the Business. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing complex deals and long term projects.
The position leads the Business Development team, driving sales and revenue growth as well as expanding the business into new international markets.
Growth & Acquisition: Lead global expansion and business acquisition to meet sales targets and secure new partnerships.
Leadership: Manage the international sales team, providing clear goals and mentorship with a coaching mindset.
Strategy & Intelligence: Utilise market trends and competitive intelligence to define the company’s commercial strategy and identify new markets.
