We are working for one of our clients on the onboarding of a Insurance Analyst with more than 5 years working in insurance tech projects.
What are looking for?
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across insurance products (Motor, Household, Personal Accident).
* Translate business rules and underwriting guidelines into clear functional documentation.
* Design functional specifications, including process models, use cases, user stories, BPMN diagrams, and decision matrix.
* Contribute to functional architecture and data models from a business perspective.
* Collaborate closely with technical teams (developers, architects, testers, Product Owners) to ensure alignment.
* Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement, and backlog prioritization.
* Support functional and UAT testing, providing validations, clarifications, and change adjustments throughout delivery.
