Support the end-to-end administration of real estate transactions, including preparing, reviewing, organizing, and tracking contracts and related documentation. Coordinate operational processes across internal teams (sales, supply, legal, and operations) to ensure smooth execution and timely follow-ups. Maintain accurate records, contract databases, and internal trackers to ensure compliance, visibility, and operational efficiency. Experience: 3+ years in an administrative, operations, or real estate support role, ideally with hands-on experience managing contracts or legal documentation. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred). Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines. Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
