Job Responsibilities:
* Guide all services within your areas of responsibility, including Restaurant(s), Banquets, Bar(s), Room Service, Mini-Bar, and Disco(s).
* Coordinate and supervise teams in the field, providing assistance as necessary.
* Supervise service operations in designated areas, organize daily team meetings, and provide instructions for service execution.
* Adjust and optimize team and material resources based on scheduled events and daily conditions.
* Ensure quality levels of products and services, customer satisfaction, sanitation, and hygiene standards are maintained, and resolve issues promptly.
* Maintain compliance with HACCP standards.
* Ensure excellent customer service.
* Utilize F&B software (Micros) effectively.
