We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join the finance team supporting the exciting Formula 1 Madrid project at MATCH Hospitality.
This role is ideal for someone with previous administrative or finance experience who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and financial data. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day finance operations of the business while working closely with colleagues across an international environment.
Finance Administration
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Assist with bank reconciliations and payment processing
Support expense management and documentation control
Assist the Finance team with month-end activities
Prepare basic reports and data analysis using Excel
Support audit requests and compliance requirements
Assist with ad-hoc finance and administration tasks
Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Professional English
Previous experience in administration, finance administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping or similar roles
Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage but not essential
